Our assessors will undertake general site inspections that will examine all elements of health and safety which will assess compliance with the ‘Big 5’ Gas, Water, Asbestos, Electricity and Fire, as well as adhering to Regulation 3 of The Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999, The Health and Safety at Work Act etc. 1974 and Sections 11-14 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985. These inspections can include all external areas you are responsible for. Alternatively, our assessors can audit your premises based on your own benchmark standards.
Using Armour Safety Management’s own compliance tool ‘Guardian’ you can manage and monitor all identified actions in our reports and if required, assign specific actions to specific persons or departments within your business.
We recommend all inspections are reviewed at least annually or sooner if an incident or significant change occurs that warrants reviewing sooner.
