Phil Davies AIFireE MIFSM CMIOSH Cert FDIS began his fire safety career as a fire fighter with both Bedfordshire Fire and Rescue Service and the London Fire Brigade. Phil has a Diploma in Fire Safety and served as a lead officer with the Better Regulation Delivery Office (BRDO) Primary Authority Scheme (PAS), supporting some of the countries biggest social housing providors as well as some global commercial brands. Phil is a chartered health and safety consultant with nearly twenty years experience and a Master’s degree in health and safety for which he carried out extensive research into fire safety and safety culture in housing

Robert (Bob) Penny GiFireE MIFSM Cert FDIS spent twenty two years in the London Fire Brigade as an operational Firefighter and Senior Officer, retiring in 2015 as Station Commander of two south London Fire Stations. He has extensive experience of operational fire incident management and undertook Fire Service training courses to become both a Senior Accident Investigator and Senior Fire Safety Officer. 

Following retirement from the Fire Service, Bob worked as a Health, Safety and Fire Advisor for national social housing and care providers, carrying out fire risk assessments over a wide and varied portfolio of properties and liaising with enforcing authorities. 

Mary Davies has extensive experience spanning thirty years in Client Services and relationship management working with both blue chip corporate organisations and public sector bodies. A highly skilled and motivated client relationship manager and service delivery expert with significant experience within dynamic, demanding organisations, with a prime focus to ensure a true working partnership approach is achieved throughout the lifecycle of any project or contract agreement, ensuring total client satisfaction. Mary has a stellar track record in providing solutions in the most challenging circumstances and understands the priorities of her Clients to ensure their expectations are met.

We do not place a consultant in an unfamiliar environment.
